Christopher successfully litigated the Colorado Supreme Court case that sets the standard for when a court must grant an emergency hearing to restrict parenting time, as well as the case determining how people must be notified of contempt of court accusations against them.  In criminal law, Christopher’s particularly known for his success in cases of falsely charged domestic violence, where his strategic defense has led to numerous dismissals. Christopher is just as passionate about representing genuine victims of domestic violence in seeking protection orders and child custody orders to protect themselves and their children.
